“Love Thy Neighbor”

Sometimes it can bring controversy, sometimes it can bring joy…when you live in a rural area though, love thy neighbor is a must. I am sure most people that have to travel even half a mile or further to visit their neighbor know how much a neighbor can be beneficial. Even in the smallest capacity. I do have neighbors close to me but I consider my entire community a neighbor… We look out for one another. If someone calls for help, then we are there. I am writing this post to not just make you think of all the negatives against your neighbor (for all I know, you have a pure pessimist living next door). Sometimes though, they can come through in little ways. I myself have chickens as does most of the folks that live around me, but I only have 2 and I eat alot of eggs. I could get some more and should but i found a new neighbor that likes to share. I will get some more chickens so I can have more eggs but right now, I am thankful for that neighbor that asked if I could use any eggs and then brought me eggs from her coop.

I feel so blessed to live in a community that people offer up what they have to help others with what they dont. So here is to you to all those neighbors that just want to help… Thank you!
